Login in Android app using Apple Sign-in: Allowing 3rd party cookies

I created account and paid for service with apple account.

I need to use jotterpad on mac and android tablet.
When I try singing in to to android app in the end it throws me error:

"Unable to process request due to missing initial state. This may happen if browser sessionStorage is inaccessible or accidentally cleared."

I have tried on 2 browsers and no luck there.

Second issue I had is that I have accidentally used apple's hidden email when creating account with Jotterpad.
Considering that Jotterpad does not really allow for changes, I deleted old one and now I don't have access to the service I paid for.

Can I get somme assistance as nobody was responding to me when chat was online.

If you encounter an error message like this: “Unable to process request due to missing initial state. This may happen if browser sessionStorage is inaccessible or accidentally cleared”, typically this means you may be blocking 3rd party cookies necessary to access your account.

To fix this issue, you will need to navigate to your browser settings -> Privacy and Security (or similar) -> and where you see the option to Manage Exceptions or Add Exceptions, please copy and paste the links below and click Allow. Please allow the sites below to use cookies, cache, and or site data on your preferred browser.

Note: Ensure https:// is not included in the link.

As per my knowledge
1.Sign-In Error on Android:
Ensure browser sessionStorage is enabled.
Reinstall the Jotterpad app or clear the app's cache and data.

Apple's Hidden Email Issue:
Contact Jotterpad support with proof of purchase to restore access.

3.Contact Support:
Reach out via email or other support channels if chat is unresponsive.

I will try that out.
In the meantime I have deleted my account and tried using real email from appleId considering that Jotterpad does not allow email changes.

I can't access the service again.
Can you please refund me that money or at least give me pro access to other account?
