How do I type a simple chemical and formulas equation in JotterPad?
For example:

Many thanks!

    Hello Amy ! Please make sure that you have installed the mhChem plugin in Jotterpad. Once you have installed the plugin, you can add chemical equations using mhChem in the TeX equation editor.

    1. Create an inline/block equation

    2. Input mhChem equation. For example, \ce{CH4(g) + 3O2(g) -> CO2(g) + 2H2O(g)}

    3. Press Done to insert equation.

    Thank you for your help! Much appreciated.

    One more question: How do I know if mhChem plugin has been installed in my editor?

      Amy

      You can go to the app settings (or "me" tab in mobile app) > Plugins. Installed plugins are indicated by a circled tick.

      I hope this helps! 😉

        Oh wow, I didn't know JotterPad can type chemistry equations!

        Thanks Jeromy again! You are very helpful. 🙂
