Lost files after reinstalling app

Hi, I am a user of the application, I have a complaint about what is happening to me lately with the application.

A month ago, I restarted my mobile, downloaded Jotterpad again and put my email to recover my files.

But it wasn't, there was no file in my account, I need to recover my files so please if any worker reads this, help me with this

I assume that you are using the mobile app on Android? Please take note on the change in local storage permission on Android 11 and above.

Files will now be saved on a private directory
Uninstalling JotterPad will now delete these files from your device
Files from external directories have to be imported into JotterPad via Android systems
Will not affect those who use cloud storage

If you have stored the files in the cloud, please find them in the cloud storage. Please let me know if you need any assistance.
